Your mission
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with a technology-sector client in Spain and Portugal.
- Executing action plans that integrate public affairs and regulatory analysis in Spain and Portugal.
- Identifying and managing opportunities and risks within the political and legislative ecosystem—particularly in Portugal—by developing solid, practical recommendations.
- Preparing intelligence reports and analytical briefings on the digital sector and corporate activity, primarily in English.
Your profile
Your profile (Essential requirements):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law and/or Political Science. A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Public Affairs, EU Policies, Institutional Communication, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Public Affairs / Government Relations agency, or within a Corporate Affairs department. Strong knowledge and experience of the institutional environments in Spain and Portugal is required.
- Sector expertise: At least 2 years of experience working in or for the digital sector. Knowledge of other regulated sectors (energy, transport, environmental) will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of the Portuguese market: A strong understanding of institutional operations and the regulatory process in Portugal will be considered a significant asset.
- Languages:
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (C1 level required).
- A high level of Spanish is desirable for integration into the local team and for managing matters in Spain.
