What you'll do

* Support the planning and delivery of risk-based inspections across European entities, including walkthroughs, evidence gathering, and control assessments.

* Perform outcomes-focused testing in line with global methodologies, ensuring consistent documentation and reporting standards.

* Draft clear inspection findings and monitor remediation actions, contributing meaningful insights to stakeholders and governance forums.

* Produce and maintain monthly and quarterly management information, including dashboards, progress updates, and action tracking.

* Enhance monitoring procedures by improving documentation, identifying efficiencies, and supporting alignment with global teams.

* Leverage Excel, digital tools, and emerging AI capabilities to analyse data, strengthen oversight activities, and build capability to independently lead inspections over time.

What you bring

* Proven compliance experience within financial services or banking, ideally gained in a regulated environment

* Working knowledge of UK and/or European regulatory frameworks, including FCA and/or CBI requirements.

* Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

* High attention to detail, producing accurate documentation and well-supported findings.

* Proficient in Excel and experience with AI-enabled tools

* Clear communicator with a collaborative approach, keen to develop monitoring and testing expertise through practical experience and coaching.
