The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality outsourced compliance and risk management service to a portfolio of Financial Services Provider (FSP) clients. The role includes providing strategic guidance and technical support to the compliance team while ensuring adherence to FSCA, FICA, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.

This senior role requires deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple clients across different sectors within the financial services industry.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Registered and approved as a Compliance Officer with the FSCA (Category I & II).
• Recognised Legal or Business Degree.
• Successfully completed RE1, RE3, and RE5 examinations.
• Minimum 8 years’ proven experience at an external compliance practice or in crypto or derivative markets.
• Management experience—proven track record of leading and developing a compliance team.
• Experience across multiple financial sectors (e.g., asset management, advisory, forex, or alternative investments).
