About Our Client

Our client is a global financial institution undergoing significant enterprise-wide transformation across its asset management platform. As part of this strategic agenda, the firm is seeking a Director, Strategic Transformation to drive execution of key enterprise priorities aligned to the broader transformation roadmap.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution; translating strategic intent into structured, measurable outcomes while ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise strategic transformation initiatives.
• Translate corporate strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones and execution frameworks.
• Drive complex, cross-functional programmes spanning business, operations, technology, data and risk.
• Establish robust governance, reporting and risk management disciplines.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment, accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Identify interdependencies, manage execution risks and maintain momentum across the transformation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of strategy, transformation or programme leadership experience within asset management or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide business and/or digital transformation initiatives.
• Open to candidates from consulting backgrounds with strong financial services exposure.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• 2 Year Tenure Contract
