Our client is currently recruiting for a Manager to join their Compliance team in St Helier, Jersey.

This role carries responsibility for the AML, CFT and CPF framework, covering prevention, detection and reporting for the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). The successful candidate will support the development and enhancement of VASP specific policies and procedures, while working closely with the Head of Compliance and the Client Compliance Lead to ensure the day-to-day compliance and anti‑financial crime functions meet all regulatory and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised industry qualification such as ICA, ACAMS, or an equivalent certification in AML Foundations for Crypto Assets and Blockchain. They will have at least seven years’ experience in the financial services sector, ideally with demonstrable management experience. A strong understanding of corporate, trust, and fund structures is required, together with excellent knowledge of the AML legislative framework.
