How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• Supporting the compliance function using a risk-based approach to ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations on administrative responsibility and Anti-Corruption policies.
• Implementing Corporate guidelines, operational standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent management of compliance models and to enhance the sharing and dissemination of the Compliance system.
• Managing Saipem’s compliance system and overseeing the Compliance Program for projects.
• Contributing to the update of the OM&C Model, as well as continuously monitoring action plans and defined corrective measures.
• Supporting the update of relevant internal procedures and documentation.
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of compliance training programs and monitoring their effectiveness and progress.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational company and/or consultancy firm or law firm.
• Demonstrated experience with OM&C Models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of professionalism with the ability to work independently and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
