Our work is key to promoting institutional adoption of digital assets and growing the ecosystem.

The Role:

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Specialist to spearhead our next generation of outbound. This role sits at the nexus of marketing, sales, and product, dedicated to crafting and executing pioneering outbound growth strategies across existing and frontier markets. 

The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter possessing a disciplined approach to data analysis and project management. Solidus is a startup operating at the forefront of the digital assets space, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative outbound strategies to acquire new customers, driving the companies’ ARR growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to launch multi-channel GTM campaigns that generate new leads for our pipeline.
  • Monitor market feedback and metrics to refine outbound processes and strategies.
  • Maintain an enriched CRM for marketing and sales outreach segmentation.
Required skills

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, and/or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of leading outbound campaigns or something similar in a fast-paced GTM organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in spreadsheets, data quality analytics, and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clearbit, Zoominfo, Clay, etc.), CRMs (Hubspot, sequencing tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LaGrowthMachine, etc.).
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and/or JavaScript for low-code automation tasks.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in pre-sales function or a high-growth startup.
  • Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and/or web3
Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 for NYC based applicants. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
