The Role:
We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be a critical member of the sales team, working on complex deals, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for our prospective clients. You will work closely with Account Executives to understand clients' needs and demonstrate how Solidus Labs' solutions can solve their complex compliance and risk challenges. This highly technical and client-facing role requires a deep understanding of the financial services and digital asset industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solutioning & Demonstrations: Partner with the sales team to lead technical discovery calls and design tailored presentations and demos for prospects. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of the HALO platform and how it addresses the prospect's requirements and pain points.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on our product's technical capabilities, architecture, and application to real-world financial crime and market abuse scenarios.
- Technical Sales Support: Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs, and designing and executing POCs.
- Feedback & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to relay market feedback, inform the product roadmap, and ensure a smooth client transition from presales to implementation.
What you bring:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a presales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering role, preferably within a fintech or RegTech company selling B2B software to financial institutions.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial services, including trading, compliance, and risk management. Specific knowledge of the digital asset/crypto ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts, including APIs, data architectures, and SaaS solutions, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for thinking on your feet to address client questions and objections.
- Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve collective goals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and internal team events.
