You will have the following responsibilities:

• Own and lead the development, commercialization, and execution of various loan products, including institutional loans, margin loans, etc.
• Define and evolve the loan offering: from product design and eligibility criteria to pricing, structure, and term sheet strategy
• Define loan structures, pricing models, and risk parameters in partnership with credit risk, legal, and compliance teams
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver core loan infrastructure (onboarding, collateral management, LTV automation, settlement flows, liquidation logic)
• Coordinate closely with treasury and capital markets to optimize internal liquidity usage and cost of funds
• Establish operational processes for issuance, repayment, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring high reliability and compliance
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to design frameworks that meet regulatory requirements in key jurisdictions
• Track and report key metrics including loan book growth, revenue contribution, margin profile, and credit risk exposure
• Identify and lead new growth opportunities: new borrower segments, token-collateral use cases, or cross-platform integrations (e.g., custody or trading)

What you bring along:

• 5–10+ years of experience in institutional lending, structured finance, crypto credit, or capital markets
• Proven track record of driving business lines, not just executing ops — you’ve launched or grown a loan desk, credit product, or revenue stream
• Deep understanding of crypto lending mechanics, including overcollateralized, undercollateralized, and credit delegation models
• Familiar with borrower and lender needs: OTC desks, prop traders, funds, corporates, stablecoin treasuries
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of managing counterparties and aligning internal stakeholders
• Data-driven with the ability to build reporting frameworks and monitor loan book performance and risk
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a big plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Passionate about crypto, with a background in top-tier finance or crypto firms considered a strong advantage.
