Role Purpose

To safeguard DK Bank’s regulatory compliance and customer trust by executing robust customer due diligence reviews across individual and corporate customers, enabling effective identification and management of financial crime risks in a digital banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer and partners’ due diligence information at onboarding and on an ongoing basis;
• Review screening alerts - onboarding and ongoing;
• Perform open source research to identify supplementary information to support the due diligence;
• Identify unusual or suspicious activity as part of your daily work;
• Conduct Requests for Information as needed;
• Contribute to solutions where issues arise;
• Document analysis in a clear, structured, and concise manner;
• Prepare suspicious activity reports as needed;
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and enhance AML/CFT tools; and
• Work on other ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree;
• CAMS certification is advantageous but not mandatory;
• Has at minimum 5 years working experience, with prior experience in customer due diligence (note: Corporate due diligence experience is a must-have);
• Demonstrates curiosity, takes initiative, and exhibits strong ownership;
• Ability to “connect the dots”, make sense of complex investigations, and identify red flags; and
• High standards of integrity and professionalism
