Key Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory requirements and maintain compliance frameworks
• Draft and review policies, deliver training, and monitor compliance risks
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requests

Requirements

• Degree in finance, law, economics, or related field
• 2-5 years' experience in capital markets compliance
• Strong understanding of financial regulations (MiFID, MAR)
• Interest or experience in crypto/digital assets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
