Standard Signature
How to use:
- Highlight the entire signature with your mouse
- Copy
(Ctrl + C) or (right click > Copy)
- In your gmail account go to:Settings > See all settings > scroll down to Signature section
- Paste
(ctrl + V) or (right click > Paste) - Update it with your own details
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click Save changes
