Solidus is looking for a versatile customer success expert to build our customer relationships management systems, maximize client retention and develop effective customer service processes. This is a leadership position, and we are looking for the right person to help advance our ambitious vision and grow with the company. A strong candidate should be confident in her or his ability to establish a comprehensive customer success protocol and best practices company-wide, and can demonstrate relevant experience. As a young startup we are looking for leaders who can manage teams and see the big picture, but are also ready to roll up their sleeves and engage with the demanding day to day of a growing company in an extremely dynamic space.
Minimum 3-5 years of customer success experience
Experience setting up a CS system in a SaaS context and integrating it into a company’s workflow
Knowledge of the customer success landscape and the ins and outs of related platforms
Hands on experience in direct customer service and client retention
Finance/FinTech background and knowledge of the blockchain world - an advantage
