The position:

Solidus Labs is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to make an immediate and tangible impact. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating compelling product positioning, managing the launch of new product features and functionality, as well developing highly effective sales enablement content to help scale our B2B revenue.

We are seeking a product marketing professional with meticulous project management skills and demonstratable B2B product marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up culture. Ideal candidates will have a self-starter and a can-do attitude, the ability to work cross functionally with the product, sales, customer success, and other marketing teams. 


  • Lead the development of coherent, compelling, and consistent messaging that articulates Solidus’ differentiation and competitive edge.
  • Develop sales enablement content and strategy, including case studies, solution one-pagers, web content, presentations, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally.
  • Drive a go-to-market launch strategy for new products, capabilities, and solutions with precision and effectiveness.
  • Refine Solidus’ understanding of customer requirements, behaviors and ecosystem to identify market opportunities, and customer demand. 
  • Support strategic deals and analyze the pipeline to understand what is effective “in the field”, and use this feedback to inform and adjust our product and marketing strategies.
  • Run training sessions to our sales team with a nuanced approach to regional, segment, persona, and product use case requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors’ messaging and marketing strategies as well as win/loss analysis to maintain and accelerate our category leadership.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of blockchain and digital assets/crypto as it relates to capital markets, financial services, and payments.
Required skills

  • 5+ years experience in product marketing, ideally in a combination of the following industries: Fintech, cybersecurity, and SaaS. Crypto industry experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, working with marketing and sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing the velocity and rate of closing deals
  • Self-driven, flexible, and willing to roll your sleeves up, and be hands-on. Can handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor.
  • Works well independently, but enjoys collaborating as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Effective partner to all functions from R&D and product to sales and marketing.
  • Adept at influencing peers and managers, and building consensus in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and distilling results into actionable key takeaways.
  • A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies with a focus on crypto and DeFi, and the blockchains that power them. 
  • Audacity to propose big, almost-too-ambitious, ideas and execute them.
  • NYC-vicinity coast based.


The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 for NYC based applicants. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
