Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement innovative outbound strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to launch multi-channel GTM campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental tactics to refine outbound strategies.
  • Maintain and enrich our CRM for marketing and sales outreach segmentation.
Required skills

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, and/or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Analytical aptitude: highly proficient in spreadsheets and a maniacal attention to detail.
  • Translate data-driven processes to cross-functional audiences and vice versa.
  • A passion for coming up with creative hacks to solve bottlenecks and pain points.
  • Collaborative with a learner-mindset. This is a cross-functional role, partnering with the rest of our team. You are excited to communicate openly, give and receive thoughtful feedback, and have a chance to learn from people who excel in their areas of expertise.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience or demonstrated willingness to learn (and learn quickly) CRMs, AI tools, data enrichment providers, and/or sequencing platforms.
  • CRMs: Hubspot, SFDC, Pipedrive, etc.
  • Data Providers: Prospeo, Seamless, LeadiQ, Clearbit, R2B2, etc.
  • Sequencing: Salesloft, Outreach, LaGrowthMachine, etc.
  • AI: ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
