The position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our B2B marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation efforts, managing and executing marketing programs that fuel our top-of-funnel and sales pipelines, and contributing to Solidus Labs' growth.

This role encompasses both digital marketing and field marketing. You will manage in-person and virtual event projects, as well as contribute to and execute social and digital campaigns.

You should be detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality deliverables, even under tight deadlines. As an ambitious company in an extremely dynamic space, we seek a candidate who is responsible, accountable, organized, self-motivated, and possesses a can-do attitude.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with our Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Product teams to support the development and evolution of a fast-growing company that is transforming the financial industry landscape.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Design, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns end-to-end, including third-party and Solidus-hosted events, webinars, podcasts, in-person and virtual experiences, social media, roadshows, direct email campaigns (via HubSpot), and newsletters.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

Analyze program results to measure effectiveness against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Continuously iterate on marketing tactics to improve ROI and overall program performance.

Third-Party Partnerships:

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to maximize the reach and effectiveness of joint marketing initiatives.

Required skills
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs, including events, webinars, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot is a must, with a demonstrated ability to leverage the platform for campaign execution, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and communicate with remote management for extended periods.
  • Audacity to propose bold, ambitious ideas and execute them effectively.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • A background in crypto, finance, or banking is a significant plus.
