The Position

As part of our expansion, Solidus is looking for a versatile Senior Account Executive.

As part of the role, a Senior Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives, typically from new clients or accounts. Senior Account Executives identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process. As a Senior Account Executives, you will be expected to manage other Sales or Business Development Representatives

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
  • Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market
  • Consulting with clients on business issues and research design
  • Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
  • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting

Required skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role closing sales in a SaaS environment, preferably to financial institutions
  • Dealing with SMB or/and Enterprise accounts
  • Selling compliance technology - a huge advantage
