The Position

Solidus Labs is seeking an experienced, dynamic and growth-oriented Demand
Generation leader to strategize, plan and execute online and offline programs that help
build our sales pipeline, and take our lead generation to the next level.
In this role, you will own the overall marketing demand generation strategy and vision to
generate B2B inbound leads, uphold our brand values, support the sales process, and
help convert relevant prospects into Solidus Labs customers, ultimately playing an
integral role in executing Solidus Labs’ marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate should have experience at fast growing companies and know how
to scale demand generation, and just as importantly, be passionate about Solidus’
domain, vision and values. We are looking for someone that is a self starter, smart,
creative and knows how to iterate deliberately to generate success. The person should
have hands-on demand gen experience and be proficient at working with all forms of
marketing automation, advertising and ABM.
The role is based in New York, reporting to our Vice President of Marketing while
working closely with our Sales, Design, Regulatory Affairs, and Product teams to
contribute to the development and evolution of a fast growing company changing the
financial industry’s landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our top of the funnel growth plan and cultivate long-term existing
    customer relationships. Partner with and provide expertise to business
    development, sales teams and customer success teams on demand gen
    programs and approaches.
  • Implement inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing,
    SEO/SEM, social, video, web, display, etc. Identify and test new methodologies
    to fill the sales pipeline and accelerate the velocity of prospects.
  • Manage the buyer’s (and influencer’s) journey. Understand our buyer personas.
    Ensure that we are reaching and engaging with all of our prospects. Continuously
    develop new strategies to increase touch points within a customer’s journey in
    order to optimize conversion rates.
  • Leverage data to make smart decisions. Accurately measure and communicate
    the value and ongoing impact of demand gen investments. Optimize investments
    accordingly
  • Define and refine on an ongoing basis a lead management/scoring/routing
    processes and ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Employ proven ABM strategies when needed for specific accounts
  • Bring creativity and innovation to our campaigns while executing at an
    exceptionally high level.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years experience in driving B2B demand generation at a tech
    company.
  • Hands-on, intimate knowledge of marketing technologies for everything from
    contact database building to digital to ABM. Specific hubspot proficiency is a
    must.
  • Demonstrable ability to meticulously analyze performance data and work cross-
    functionally to understand measurable impact of strategy and demand gen
    decisions.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Understand the science of demand gen and the art of great marketing
  • Audacity to propose big, almost-too-ambitious, ideas and execute them
  • Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree and relevant work
    experienceץ
  • A background in crypto, finance or payments - is a huge plus.
